Booking Terms

Minimum players: A minimum of 2 players is required per booking. Single-player bookings are not accepted.

​

Golf carts: Carts must be reserved at the time of booking to guarantee availability. A maximum of 2 carts per 4-ball applies to all bookings, including member personal carts.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations, amendments or reductions in player numbers must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tee time. Cancellations must be submitted via this booking page or the Chronogolf app. Where a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the tee time or where a player fails to arrive (no-show), the full green fee will be charged.

Rate eligibility: Proof of eligibility is required at check-in for affiliated, junior, and student rates. Oubaai Golf Club reserves the right to adjust your rate at check-in where the incorrect rate has been selected.

Gate access: Please ensure your mobile number is correct when booking — your gate access pin code will be sent to this number prior to your arrival.
